Your key responsibilities

• Formulae modifications for safety, palette, cost, stability 
• Create substitutes to raw materials at risk
• Collaborate with data scientists to continuously improve AI tools related to reformulation
• Formula Management support & troubleshooting
• Create extenders for naturals to ensure business continuity
• Study raw materials replacement to comply with safety and regulatory  
• Complexity Reduction in the plants

You bring

• At least 5 years-experience as a Perfumer or Technical Perfumer
• Expert in olfaction raw materials and fragrances
• Agility, flexibility, multitasking
• Data driven
• Digital ability to deal with different systems 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French
