Role: Senior Manager, Regional Security, Asia
Location: Singapore
The individual will lead physical security strategy and crisis management programs across Asia, providing oversight for multiple sites while driving global security competencies and initiatives. Partner with regional and BU SHE leaders and key stakeholders to strengthen governance, standardize security frameworks, and enhance risk mitigation and incident preparedness. This role combines regional operational leadership with global program ownership to ensure consistent, resilient security practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stewardship/support to sites in operationalizing security protocols to meet their security objectives
- Support the site in meeting compliance/regulatory requirements
- Validate site security risk assessments, site security plans, and gap-closure actions
- Identify top regional security risks and develop mitigation programs
- Maintain security competences (protocols, trainings, eLearning) with the Global Security Director
- Provide global support for key security competencies (e.g., travel security)

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in security or risk management
- More than five years of physical security experience in a similar role, ability to "operationalize" the security role across the regional locations
- Strong understanding of regional security threats with the ability to assess high/critical risks and conduct effective investigations
- Clear communicator capable of delivering key security trainings (Crisis, EST, SPHERA, ISOS)
- Resilient, reliable, and structured; able to work independently under pressure and handle sensitive topics with senior leaders
- Strong internal/external networker and collaborative team player across functions
