Job Purpose

To lead and manage dsm-firmenich’s strategic public–private partnerships to maximize large‑scale impact, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, drive nutrition-related sustainability and reporting, and advance advocacy efforts while ensuring alignment with business opportunities and promoting access to healthy nutrition within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the link with the business, creating opportunities and building strong relationships, from the partnerships to concepts such as affordable nutrition.
Lead dsm-firmenich nutrition-related sustainability reporting and audits, and contribute to revised strategies and methodologies where needed.
Advocacy and external and internal communications activities, such as food systems and (mal)nutrition events, government technical working groups, etc. (both briefing senior mgmt. as well as executing it yourself).
Ensure we walk the talk within the company: working with relevant partners within the company, implementing access to healthy diets and good nutrition for dsm-firmenich employees.
Organise various levels of partnership meetings (from working groups to top to top meetings) and coordinating our internal position and work.

We value:

5-10 years of relevant work experience (cross-functional, international) with master’s degree (in disciplines like global business & sustainability, international business, public health, nutrition, development studies or political science).
Passion for sustainability and nutrition.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Project management skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary / multicultural project teams.
Ability to lead and influence without the hierarchical position for it.
You are communicative, a networker, flexible, diplomatic, can cope with high pressure, representative, and proactive.
