Job title – Senior Manager, MRS, APAC, HNC

Location – Singapore

 

Market Ready Solutions (MRS) is a key component in the evolution of dsm-firmenich towards more value added offerings for our customers. We have made tremendous progress in building this capability in the APAC region and now need a leader to take the business forward and into a new period of significant growth.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading MRS BD activities in the region, working with key stakeholders to ensure that key projects successfully transition from concept to commercialization.
  • Lead the development of APAC MRS strategy, working with the regional teams lead in developing segment appropriate plans
  • Identify innovation opportunities, support concept and prototype development for the segment.  Develop and manage a portfolio of innovative customer projects in Asia-Pacific by working closely with the sub-regions sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key tollers and brands in the region, creating win-win partnerships that provide creative solutions to customers

You Bring:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, sales or science.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience with market ready solutions, white label, tolling or product development in the health supplements industry is essential
  • Strong leadership skills is essential, as is the ability to influence across cultures and nationalities
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure growth and conversion of business development funnel for MRS in the region to ensure future growth targets are met.
  • Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out
  • Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation
  • Ability to build quality and trusting customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
