The Senior Manager Internal Logistics supervises all internal logistics operations within the company, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, stock management and the coordination of internal transport.
He/she ensures the proper management of the material, human and technological resources needed to optimise internal logistics processes, while taking care to meet deadlines and reduce costs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Optimize Internal Logistics System: Oversee and optimize the internal logistics system to meet or exceed customer expectations while improving operational efficiency
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly monitor and assess the performance of the internal logistics system, ensuring it remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
- Optimize Material and Information Flows: Streamline the flow of materials, information, and services across various stages, eliminating bottlenecks, redundancies, and conflicts.
- Define Roles and Processes: Establish clear roles, responsibilities, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communication channels for each step of the logistics process
- Resource Management and Continuous Improvement: Implement tools and techniques to optimize resource allocation, while minimizing costs, risks, and waste, and maximizing quality and productivity.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging learning and feedback within the internal logistics team, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.

You Bring
- A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
- A solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
- Relevant expérience (5-7 years) in a similar role, within the food/beverage/chemical/consumer goods industry.
- French and English are mandatory.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written); across all levels of the organization and with all stakeholders.
