Join our team as a Home Segment Strategy and Innovation leader in China, where you'll shape the future of perfumery by driving segment strategies and deploying differentiating innovations to meet consumer needs. Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies across laundry and surface care categories, while serving as a central point of contact for innovation. Your key responsibilities
- Strategy & Innovation : Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment across Regional Consumer Brands in China to accelerate growth
- Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for region.
- Business Case Support: Consolidate China RCBs inputs for innovation business cases and participate in projects development.
- Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and China region needs through network participation. Cross-pollinate learnings.
- Innovation Deployment & Adaptation: Collaborate with global marketing and local leadership teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars. Engage with project teams on innovation leverage and categories growth strategies. Engage with clients on innovation and strategic initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor home results and recommend value growth actions

You bring
- Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and value creation
- Demonstrated success in deploying growth strategies with clients and consumers in China
- Strong background in innovation space – and more importantly an innovation mindset and technical curiosity
- People skills to quickly build trust and collaborate with teams : from sales to creation teams (fdm, perfumers, consumer insights, marketing, technical development)
- Min +5-10yr experience in Perfumery industry in China, ideally in laundry & surface care categories
- Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas
- Fluency in English
