We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Evaluation Technician to manage fragrance collections, track bestsellers, and contribute to technical and evaluation-related projects. Your key responsibilities:

Organize and manage evaluation sessions for fragrance projects.
Plan and coordinate expert panel sessions for fragrance evaluations.
Coordinate global product requests and ensure timely availability for evaluations.
Collaborate with the SSI team to organize and manage technology evaluation requests.
Track and manage bestseller evaluations for promotion and portfolio decisions.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all fragrance collections into relevant systems.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of fragrance collections.
Coordinate and manage small to medium-scale collection projects in alignment with Fragrance Development objectives.

You bring

Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant experience (experience in the fragrance industry is a strong advantage).
Strong understanding of business dynamics with an analytical mindset.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
