Key responsibilities:

Lead and execute continuous improvement tasks, driving automation and process optimization projects from idea to implementation.
Collaborate closely with production, process, and automation teams to deliver elegant, high-impact solutions.
Support and optimize PLC/SCADA systems, ensuring alignment with automation standards and quality requirements.
Contribute to the development and shaping of our automation platform.
Participate in cross-functional projects, including the production ramp-up and HMO expansion.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and automation standards.

You Bring:

Experience with PLC programming (preferably Siemens TIA Portal) and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of the S88 automation standard (a strong plus).
Experience in food or process industries (a plus).
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
A passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
