Your key responsibilities

Investigate and diagnose process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Support logistical and strategic planning efforts to improve operational efficiency.
Review current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and verifying corrective actions through audits.
Assist engineering and maintenance teams with appropriate equipment selection and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Uphold quality standards by reporting deviations, supporting quality briefings, and exercising authority to intervene on quality or safety concerns.

You bring

BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
4–8 years of process engineering preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, adaptability to change, and the ability to work safely with minimal supervision.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $90,000 - $110,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
