Your key responsibilities

  • Investigate and diagnose process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Support logistical and strategic planning efforts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and verifying corrective actions through audits.
  • Assist engineering and maintenance teams with appropriate equipment selection and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Uphold quality standards by reporting deviations, supporting quality briefings, and exercising authority to intervene on quality or safety concerns.

You bring

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4–8 years of process engineering preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, adaptability to change, and the ability to work safely with minimal supervision.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $90,000 - $110,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
