Location: Flexible dsm-firmenich sites in Europe and Asia
Accelerate long-term growth by bridging vision and execution, shaping enterprise strategy, and unlocking sustainable value. Provide clarity through structured analysis and scenario planning, translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, and lead high-impact initiatives that deliver results today while building for the future. Foster cross-functional alignment and become the strategic partner for the Head of RCB, acting as a go-to advisor across all topics, driving informed decisions and lasting impact.
Your key responsibilities:
Impact on Strategy & Contribution:
- Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and enterprise decision making frameworks that support long term value creation.
- Support formulation and execution of strategic initiatives, including business growth, transformation programs, and capability building agendas.
- Provide structured strategic analysis, scenario assessments, and synthesis to inform senior leadership decision making.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across the organization.
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap, identifying and prioritizing new initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources and monitor progress to deliver on key milestones.Project Leadership:
- Oversee high-impact, cross-regional projects, balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic priorities.
- Champion best practices in project management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, building alignment and shared ownership among diverse teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating strategy into actionable plans.

You bring:
- 15 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, transformation, business leadership.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Financial analysis, governance, and value tracking
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills
- Change leadership, adaptability, and resilience
