The Senior Director Global Supply Chain for HMO, Lipids and New Nutritional Ingredients leads a truly end to end, global supply chain in a fast growing and highly innovative market. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable, resilient supply solutions that keep pace with accelerating demand and breakthrough science. Reporting to the Vice President Global Supply Chain, the position carries full accountability for customer delivery, cost, and cash performance, with significant influence on business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Lead the end to end global supply chain for the HMO, Lipids, and New Health Ingredients categories, leading and planning a network with suppliers,  manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery, with full accountability for customer delivery, cost, and cash. 
•    Drive customer delivery excellence across the supply chain, with a strong focus on OTIF, forecast accuracy, and service reliability in a fast growing and complex global environment. 
•    Own and improve cost efficiency and cash performance, including logistics cost optimization and inventory management, while supporting scalable growth. 
•    Lead and develop a global, matrixed organization of direct and indirect reports, governing value streams across multiple factories, a global distribution center, towards our regions. 
•    Act as a senior sparring partner to Product Management, Commercial Management, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain leaders to align supply chain decisions with business priorities. 
•    Shape and implement the category based operating model, progressively increasing end to end accountability and reducing complexity, handovers, and decision latency. 
•    Communicate strategic, tactical, and operational supply chain plans and performance to executive leadership, while driving digital transformation and capability development.

 YOU BRING
•    Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management 
•    12+ years of global supply chain leadership experience, preferably in complex, multinational manufacturing environments. 
•    Proven experience leading end to end supply chains, with exposure to manufacturing and/or logistics operations. 
•    Strong expertise in S&OP / IBP, supply planning, and inventory optimization at scale. 
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver results across cost, cash, and customer delivery KPIs in high growth and high complexity environments. 
•    Experience in operating effectively in matrix, global, and multicultural organizations, with the ability to influence without direct authority. 
•    Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at executive level and across commercial, operational, and regional teams. 
•    A hands on, resilient leader who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and thrives in transformation and change contexts.
