Senior Director, Consumer Insights Fine Fragrance
As a Director of Consumer Insights, you'll lead our team in deciphering consumer behavior and market trends. Your data-driven strategies will drive decision-making, shaping our brand's positioning and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation and consolidation of global consumer insights programs and plans in line with the FF category and clients’ needs.
- Lead research initiatives to identify consumer trends, product preferences, and behaviors.
- Be the consumer insights expert for discussions with internal stakeholders and clients and be the first point of contact for specific consumer insights questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans that will drive business growth and innovation.
- Monitor the consumer insight plans at a global level.
- Monitor consumer insight Fine Fragrance budget.

You Bring:
- Master’s degree in business or consumer insights/market research.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field in client side or market research agency or fragrance house.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus but not required.
