As our Senior Customer Analyst, Mass Channel you will be the insights engine powering our most strategic retail partnerships: Walmart and Target. With a bias for action, you’ll blend storytelling and analytics, turning complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive performance, unlock growth, and build category leadership at shelf. By leveraging analytical tools, not limited to Scintilla and Nielsen, you will support consumer acquisition and growth acceleration.  You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Excellence and external teams to directly support our retail partners — to elevate how data drives action. From shopper behavior to promotional performance, your work will influence everything from assortment to innovation strategy.  

 

Location: Fully remote, home-based role in Bentonville, AR.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and present accurate and timely KPI reporting for our business. 

  • Activate brand storytelling by turning raw data into comprehensive KPI dashboards and presentations.   

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret data sets through syndicated platforms to deliver actionable insights. 

  • Monitor brand, category, competitor, and industry data to capitalize on emerging trends. 

  • Build pre-during-post analysis measurement structures to highlight transparent results. 

  • Quickly adapt and enhance measurement approach as needed based on changing market dynamics. 

  • Provide pricing and promotion effectiveness recommendations to optimize purchase behavior. 

  • Leverage Scintilla data platform to inform customer team and internal teams with breakthrough insights. 

  • Enable optimized WMC and Roundel strategies through ongoing Retail Media analyses. 

  • Present information internally and externally with engaging presentations. 

  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting as requested by team to support ongoing business evaluation and analysis. 

  • Showcase analytical best practices and insights to cross-functional teams. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to successfully drive brand ambition and enable support. 

  • Partner closely within team and with external partners to drive collaboration and business outcomes. 

  • Enable an intellectually curious mindset and desire for continuous learning and improvement. 

  • Support Mass Channel team as needed.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry; strong background in Analytics. 

  • Understanding of Analytical platforms including Scintilla, Nielsen, and data tools. 

  • Effective team collaboration skills, demonstrated in cross-functional and virtual environments. 

  • Comfortability using one or more data visualization reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 

  • Proficient skills in analyzing, interpreting, and sharing data to make informed business decisions. 

  • Ability to appropriately prioritize, multi-task and meet fast paced deadlines. 

  • Clear communication, meeting effectiveness and presentation skills. 

  • Familiarity within Health & Wellness categories preferred.
