Location – Paris, France
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Consumer Insights (CI) lead for the L’Oréal account, partnering closely with development teams across projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for L’Oréal’s CI team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead a global, proactive testing program to support the development of new olfactive themes.
- Analyze and leverage L’Oréal test results (Short Runs and Long Runs) to inform and guide development and creation teams.
- Collaborate on additional proactive initiatives in partnership with regional and global CI leaders.

You Bring:
- Consumer Insights professional or data scientist with 10+ years of experience in market research agencies and/or FMCG environments.
- Strong background in consumer and data‑driven insights; experience in the perfume or fragrance industry will be a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Flexibility to travel on occasional basis to Switzerland and the United States.
- Fluent in French and English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams.
- Flexible, open‑minded, and emotionally intelligent, with a collaborative and stakeholder‑oriented approach.
