The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic growth of Estroven, a trusted brand in women’s health. This role offers full ownership of brand development, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful solutions that empower women to feel their best. As the voice of the consumer and architect of brand growth, the Senior Brand Manager will shape the brand’s vision, positioning, and commercial success. This includes managing the full business lifecycle—from top-line momentum to bottom-line impact—while driving integrated marketing strategies across media, digital, and social platforms.

 

The Senior Brand Manager, Estroven will operate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where innovation and consumer-centric strategies are paramount. The role requires a deep understanding of the women's health market, particularly menopause, and the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies. The Senior Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, Design, Customer Marketing, Healthcare, Sales, and Operations, to drive brand health and financial objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
    • Develop and execute the Estroven® Brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and market and competitive dynamics.
    • Drive Estroven® strategy with cross-functional partners in Innovation, Design, Customer Marketing, Healthcare, Sales and Operations to hit short and long-term brand health and financial objectives.
    • Manage Estroven® portfolio strategy including brand positioning, pricing, and channel strategy to optimize performance across all product lines.
  • P&L Management
    • Own end-to-end responsibility for the Estroven® P&L.
    • Monitor financial performance, ensuring topline growth and margin optimization through pricing, mix management, and cost efficiencies.
    • Partner with finance, operations, customer marketing and sales to ensure revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.
  • Brand & Marketing Execution
    • Management and execution of integrated marketing plans, including advertising, digital, PR and experiential campaigns as well as shopper and trade marketing activation (partnering with Customer Marketing team).
    • Partner with Brand Design and Content to manage brand visual identity and ensure brand consistency and equity management across all touchpoints.
  • Consumer & Market Insights
    • Work with a sense of curiosity and a consumer-first mindset by leveraging data, trends, and insights to shape strategy and execution.
    • Utilize syndicated data, market research, and digital analytics to assess performance and inform decisions.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization
    • Develop and manage KPIs through dashboards to track marketing effectiveness, ROI, and financial outcomes.
    • Work with the Sr. Director to manage and continuously optimize marketing investment through test-and-learn approaches and performance analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Responsible for leading cross-functional teams guiding priorities and projects through execution.
    • Work in partnership with Innovation, Science, Healthcare, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing and Category Management.
    • Influence and collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to drive category growth and shelf presence.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Agency Management
    • Work with and manage agency partners to ensure brand strategy and deliverables are met and executed within agreed scope.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing, particularly in the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in managing brand visual identity and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • 8-12 years of experience in CPG Brand Marketing, with a focus on brand management.
  • Proven track record in P&L management and direct management of marketing budgets and investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape brands with evolving consumer needs and cultural contexts.
  • Experience in setting clear direction and ambitious brand goals, collaborating cross-functionally to execute with excellence and a strong bias towards action.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders (senior leadership, customers, agency partners).
  • Strong analytical experience with tools such as Nielsen, POS, and consumer research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
