In this role, you will partner closely with procurement and finance stakeholders to drive cost‑efficiency, optimize working capital, and strengthen procurement financial governance.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyse and monitor procurement financial performance, including Variable COGS, Purchase Price Variance, spend vs. plan, savings realization, and working‑capital impacts.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement finance reports, highlighting key drivers, variances, trends, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Partner closely with Procurement and Finance teams to validate savings and ensure accurate, transparent financial governance.
  • Maintain and enhance Anaplan data and structures, including spend history uploads, FX updates, taxonomy alignment, and MOH adjustments.
  • Manage supplier rebate processes end‑to‑end, from accrual proposal preparation and posting validation to tracking and payment release.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles while delivering ad‑hoc financial analyses to inform decisions on procurement spend, supplier performance, contract compliance, and cost‑optimization opportunities.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.
  • A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.
  • An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.
  • Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.
  • A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally.
  • A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement finance, cost management, sourcing analytics, or similar and strong financial acumen in modelling, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modelling), SAP, Anaplan, and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI / Power BI is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, contract terms, and P2P processes, combined with a self‑starter mindset and strong prioritization skills.
  • High level of accountability, integrity, and compliance, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across procurement, finance, and operations.
