We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Beauty & Care team focusing on the markets of Germany, Poland, and the EEC. You will be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships, driving business growth, overseeing distributor management, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our extensive product portfolio which includes skin bio-actives, skin vitamins, UV filters, and functional ingredients for skin care, hair care, and sun care market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within the Beauty & Care industry and possess a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies for the Beauty & Care segment to drive profitable revenue growth and market share across assigned markets, while identifying new business opportunities and increasing penetration in Germany, Poland, and Eastern European Countries (EEC).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and distributors, addressing their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and providing product training and support to effectively communicate the value of our Beauty & Care offerings.
- Manage and support distributors to optimize sales performance in alignment with business objectives, including handling inquiries and issues promptly, and ensuring they are equipped to meet market demands and represent our portfolio effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the Beauty & Care industry in relevant markets, using insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and supply chain.
- Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, prepare reports to assess account health, identify areas for improvement, and initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met and sustained.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations, manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring profitability while maintaining satisfaction among clients and distributors, with a commitment to extensive travel (60%) to support business activities and relationship-building.

You bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology or Business; MBA is a plus
- Experience: 7–10 years in Beauty & Care account management; strong sales track record
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of trends, competitors, and customer needs in Germany, Poland & EEC
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Tools & Organization: Strong time management; proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Languages: Fluent English; German and/or Polish will be a plus, additional EEC languages are a plus
