Sales Coordinator

Job Role- Sales Coordinator

Location: Mumbai

This role sits with the Sales Team. This person will manage customer service requests and supports delivery. Ensures data accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution to support commercial success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive end-to-end management and closure of all CCR cases with timely follow-ups and clear stakeholder communication.
  2. Handle CRM cases, regulatory inquiries, documentation requests, and coordinate customer sample tracking.
  3. Monitor open contracts and unfulfilled volumes, ensuring proactive customer follow-ups and closure.
  4. Manage sales rebates as per contract terms and obtain approvals for Credit/Debit Notes arising from CCR.
  5. Support IBP processes, quotation management, and sales reporting activities.
  6. Maintain accurate customer and contract master data, and support customer-led premix reformulations.

You Bring

  1. About 8-12 years of experience supporting sales team
  1. Graduate / post-graduate qualification
  2. Strong Communicator with problem solving, analytical thinking, business acumen
  3. Ability to manage stakeholders exhibits a high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in using SAP & office software like excel and power point
  5. Strong commercial acumen, analytical and conceptual skills.
