Job title – Sales Coordinator, HNC
Location – Tokyo, Japan
As part of the Sales team, this role is responsible for managing customer service requests and supporting order delivery, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution to enable strong commercial outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage documentation & regulatory requests: CRM cases, regulatory inquiries, documentation requests
- Support management and end-to-end follow up on all CCR until closure, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Sample management coordination & tracking with the Customers
- Regularly monitor and follow-up with customers on open contracts and unfulfilled volumes
- Manage sales rebates basis contracts
- Support IBP, quotation management and sales reporting

You bring
- University graduate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role or industry
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude when working with both internal and external stakeholders
