As the world’s leading supplier of vitamins, carotenoids, other bio- and fine chemicals and premixes, DSM Nutritional Products addresses the animal and human nutrition and health industries as well as personal care sectors. With producers and consumers putting more emphasis on health, wellness and safety, there are many opportunities to capture. The Company consists of 10 large production sites in Europe, the United States and China, over 45 premix plants across the globe, 5 R&D centers in Europe and China and 40 sales offices in all main regions of the world. The business has sales of about EUR 2 billion and a long tradition as a pioneer in the discovery of new products and their applications for all industry segments.

The Sales Coordinater is playing a major role in organizing the 2 MM’s workflow and acts in many cases as first point of contact.

Your key responsibilities

To handle telephone calls and support/follow up on customer requests:
To provide administrative internal and customer support:
To provide facility service:
Perform ROI analysis to determine profitability of product lines.
Handle and prioritize information and requests with a wide range of topics and area’s of interest.
Operate in a fast changing international and demanding environment with many “clients” and changing priorities.

You bring

High-potential fresh graduate or at least 2 years experience in similar fields
Excellent skills in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal in Chinese and English
Have a “can do” attitude
