Sales Account Coordinator
Job title: Sales Account Coordinator/Assistant P&B
Location: Amman, Jordan
Support our Sales team (Perfumery&Beauty) in managing client accounts and commercial projects, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer projects end‑to‑end in project management tools, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and overseeing sampling, submissions, and day‑to‑day client requests.
- Maintain accurate commercial data including pricing, customer and material master data, product portfolio and lifecycle updates, and all related commercial documentation.
- Prepare and organize client interactions, including meetings, presentations, submissions, shipment tracking, and follow‑ups, ensuring seamless communication between clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support administrative and operational activities, including filing and maintaining contracts and commercial documents, calendar and travel support, expense handling, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide delegated analytical and planning support, contributing to reporting, demand planning, budgeting, and LE preparation for account managers whenever required.
- Act as systems & tools superuser when delegated, ensuring expert usage of key platforms, delivering user support and training, and serving as the point of contact for process improvements.

You bring:
- A technical degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of experience in commercial support or a similar coordination role
- Strong mastery of systems and tools such as SAP, Projectmaster, Kinaxis, Spire, Atlas, and related platforms
- A solid understanding of sales processes, working rules, and commercial data flows, with high attention to accuracy and detail
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to a collaborative and solution‑oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving context
- Fluency in English and Arabic, French will be a plus, combined with strong communication skills and a supportive, team‑focused attitude
