Sales Account Assistant

Job Title:  Sales Account Coordinator

As Sales Account Coordinator you will be supporting account managers and clients in food industry (flavors). You will ensure constant flow of communication with customers. You will communicate with internal and external partners nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer Information Support: 

Manage day to day client requests, including sampling and documentation; assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing client presentations (non-marketing or category related)

Update Flavor Gate/Firmenich Studio for specific customers & distributors; follow up customer dispute with Customer Care in SAP

  • Project Management Support:          

Open projects in Atlas; check on-going projects, create follow-up Action Reports, and follow up project progress (in absence of ACM)

In Atlas: generate pricing requests; fill in regulatory questionnaire based on customers’ requirements; introduce sample requests, CoA and follow up on sampling delivery to customer for specific requests; prepare client submissions (products, documentation (TDS, SDS, price letter…); enter Supply Chain notices.

  • Account Management Support: Customer master data in SAP & ATLAS & Canopy
  • Reporting
  • Commercial Conditions Support

You bring:

  • Education in commerce, sales, marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • 2-3 years of expertise in customer service or sales, ideally in food / taste / health / pharma or chemical sectors.
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP.
  • Fluency in Polish and very good written and spoken English.
  • Responsible, independent, structured, and team-oriented work as well as a high willingness to provide service and support.
