As a Sales Account Coordinator for Taste India at dsm-firmenich, you will support our commercial teams in driving customer projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and contributing to business growth. This role is pivotal in strengthening customer relationships and delivering impactful solutions across the Taste division.

Your Key Responsibilities

Handle customer projects and follow up in project management tools, coordinating activities with relevant functions end-to-end including sampling.
Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information.
Manage commercial data including MDM requests, CMIRs, prices, product portfolios, and submissions.
Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions.
Respond to day-to-day client requests and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure high client satisfaction.

You Bring

Graduation or higher education.
3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial support roles.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with commercial data tools.
Curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
