Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator (m/f/d)  you will manage safety, security and environmental topics on requested by local law and dsm requirement level. You will Coordinate local adherence SHE policy, train and provide services to the DNP premix site (Animal Nnutrition and Health Mszczonów) to maintain SHE compliance in line with dsm SHE requirements. Our SHE coordinator will Contribute to the goal of a "Zero SHE incident World" and promote a SHE Culture.

Please note that it is 0.5 FTE position.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Cooperate closely with managers and employees as well as with external providers to support the SHE function and ensure SHE service in line with corporate and local requirements
  • Cooperation with SHE employees from other sites representing different nationalities and languages as well as cooridante information interchange through frequent regular contacts with Regional and Global SHE team
  • Work closely with managers and supervisors at ANH Mszczonów site
  • Cooridante of frequent, regular contacts with servicing companies in terms of environmental protection and occupational safety and health
  • Represent the company in contacts with state administration and audit offices with regard to environmental protection and occupational safety

  • Relevant experience in a previous role regarding Safety, Health and Environment
  • Very good English language level (B2)
  • A strong sense of accountability – you take initiative, speak up, and see things through. You are responsible and focus on what matters
