To support and assist the site director in the implementation and review of all the SHE and security policies, procedure and actions. Provide service to the DNP premix site to maintain SHE compliance in the line with dsm-firmenich SHE requirements. Contributes to the goal of a zero SHE incident world and promotes 100% compliance SHE culture with visible SHE leadership by all employees. Support site sustainability initiative and zero waste to landfill measure throughout the operations

Your key responsibilities:

Manage and ensure local legislation & internal dsm-firmenich corporate requirements (based on OSHA, ISO 144001& ISO45001) are met
Develop and control annual SHE budgets plan 
Manage contractors’ SHE requirements in respect of ongoing operations and new projects
Arrange and or conduct safety training, first aid training, fire-fighting training 
Monthly KPI reports and six-monthly PPP reports 
Manage internal and external compliance audits

You bring: 
BSc (safety management) minimum or BSc honours in safety management (preferred) or Environmental management 
Incident investigation and root cause analysis
5 Years She management experience in manufacturing(preferred)
Good working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Excellent communication and people management skills
Risk Management
