This role requires a motivated and independent individual, with knowledge and experience in processed meat ingredients industry. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to drive growth by customer base and geographical expansion, support and execute key initiatives, identify customer needs and regional opportunities that Campus can tailor solutions for. This role reports directly to the Business Development Director (ASIA) and will have the support of a technical team based in Singapore.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with key companies in the region
- Support the needs of key stakeholders (GTM teams and distributors); working closely to proactively scope market for lead generation, uncover unmet industry needs, expand customer base
- Leverage on Campus technical teams to propose/design effective and cost competitive solutions
- Diligently update and track CRM, sales cycle and forecast
- Gain relevant intel on competitor, market dynamics and raw materials

You bring
- Bachelor's degree business administration, food science or food technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application
- Drive for results, with competitive mindset
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
