- Be a dynamic project manager shaping and implementing the future of dsm-firmenich product management.
- Lead and manage various IS projects in the product domain with a focus on SAP EH&S, product development and ingredient management.
- Ensure our digital transformation projects meet the needs of our business and customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, functional expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of transformation projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project team.
- Manage project budget, schedule, and quality assurance.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including prepare and lead steering committees with senior stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and result assessment.

You bring
- 5+ years IS project management experience with a focus on SAP projects, preferably within a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment (Process Industry, Chemical, Healthcare, Consultancy, etc.).
- Strong ability to own and drive initiatives, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, applied across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and solutions.
- Project management &/or scrum certification(s).
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with business or technical focus.
- Fluency in English.
