Role Overview
Lead the enterprise-wide delivery of business intelligence and AI solutions that drive data-informed decisions. This role unifies reporting and data science to deliver trusted insights, predictive and prescriptive modelling, and trustworthy AI, providing sustainable and measurable business value.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise BI and reporting services, providing accurate, timely, and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
- Champion data visualization best practices and manage the pipeline of reporting requests and projects.
- Lead the identification, development, and deployment of enterprise data science and AI use cases. Ensure alignment with business context, proper integration into business processes, and delivery of intelligent systems that address real business problems.
- Establish MLOps practices, ensuring models remain reliable and effective over time. Set up processes for model monitoring, maintenance, and version control, guaranteeing AI solutions remain accurate and trustworthy.
- Implement model governance frameworks, ensuring ethical, compliant, and safe use of AI and analytics. Work with relevant teams to enforce guidelines around data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
- Foster innovation in AI techniques and develop reusable AI assets.
- Enable and support the organization to perform analysis independently through self-service tools.
You bring:
