It is and will be an innovation‑focused, customer‑facing Animal Nutrition company, bringing together the capabilities that deliver value‑added, science‑based, integrated solutions for the global animal protein value chain.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the regional total talent strategy, including permanent, contingent, and early talent programs.
  • Roll out operational talent processes tailored to local and regional needs.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders and HR leaders to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead and govern third-party partners supporting talent acquisition activities.
  • Use data and insights to shape the hiring agenda and contribute to global talent strategy.
  • Coach and develop a team of talent professionals across 12 countries, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

We Offer

  • The chance to build and shape talent acquisition in a diverse, fast-growing region.
  • Opportunities to design and implement innovative talent solutions from the ground up.
  • A collaborative culture where your ideas and voice matter.
  • Career growth and learning opportunities across businesses, teams, and borders.
  • The support of a global team committed to progress and creativity.
  • A workplace where you can make a real difference for millions, every day.

You Bring

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition within the GAPAC region, including partnering with senior stakeholders up to executive level.
  • You build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, align hiring priorities, and communicate decisions clearly.
  • You inspire and develop distributed TA teams, foster belonging, and lead by example.
  • You design and deliver total-talent strategies for GAPAC, using data and market insights to guide decisions.
  • You drive change by simplifying processes and embedding new ways of working at pace.
  • You influence collaboratively across functions, countries, and partners to achieve shared outcomes.
  • You set clear goals, own delivery, measure impact, and continuously improve performance.
