Regional Procurement Coordinator ANH

The Position

Within DSM Nutritional Products Animal Nutrition and Health, Premix business we are currently looking for Regional Procurement Coordinator ANH for our production site at EMEA sites (Italy, Poland or Greece).

 

On site/Hybrid model of working

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Global and EMEA team for process and systems  compliance related activities
  • Contract manager role supporting global category managers and EMEA regional procurement team for contract creation and maintenance
  • Support supplier documentation management including SQM, purchase data maintenance, reporting and summarizing key business insights. Interface to Quality and SHE for supplier documentation compliance
  • Support Global & Regional Category Managers/buyers as needed  in operational & strategic activities
  • Interface to PSS, Procurement Excellence, Value capturing PMO

 

You will report directly to Head of ANH EMEA Premix Ingredients Procurement.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Recognized qualification in Purchasing
  • Good written and oral expression in  English
  • Professional experience minimum 2-3 years
  • Knowledge in relevant local labor laws and regulations
  • Knowledge in purchasing processes (Sourcing and operational) in business-to-business context.
  • Current Foreign trade legislation in force
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills, SAP is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team-player, ability to prioritize, result-oriented, analytical, accurate, responsible and proactive person, have a problem-solving mindset and positive working attitude.
