We are seeking a motivated Receiving Supervisor to lead our receiving operations and ensure smooth material handling processes. In this role, you will coach and develop a team of warehouse staff, oversee training and scheduling, and drive engagement in safety and compliance programs. You’ll collaborate closely with Quality and Inventory teams, manage daily delivery schedules, and maintain accurate records to support production efficiency. This position requires hands-on leadership, a commitment to safety and GMP standards, and the ability to foster cross-training and continuous improvement across warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of receiving warehouse staff, including performance management and scheduling.
- Manage material returns timely upon return
- Lead and manage the training of new employees and monitor progress
- Monitor the daily bulk tank delivery schedule and interface with MPP as needed
- Monitor the daily report for GR transactions and sample submission
- Engage with Hermann Warehouse for sampling and GR KPI’s.

You bring
- High School Diploma Required
- 5+ years’ experience in internal logistics operations
- 5+ years’ experience of inventory and chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
- Ability to be on your feet for 8-hour shift
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $73,900 – $90,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
