Quality and Compliance Manager

Job Title:  Quality and Compliance Manager

City, Country:  Inofita, Greece

As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will support our team in the further development and implementation of our quality management system. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with internal and external standards through the further development and implementation of a quality plan, as well as the management and coordination of all QA/QC activities at the site. You will also monitor our quality and feed safety systems and organize internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the quality plan to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and improve quality performance by setting and monitoring KPIs.
  • Lead and coordinate all site QA/QC activities including physical testing, sampling, inspection of raw materials and finished products, and batch release.
  • Co-ordination and handling of deviations, complaints, and CAPA processes as well as change management and documentation management.
  • Monitoring the quality and feed safety system and maintaining the necessary certifications.
  • Qualification, regular assessment, and evaluation of suppliers
  • Organisation and implementation of internal and external audits and inspections, including reporting and coordination of all related activities.

You bring:

  • Several years of experience in quality management in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, veterinary science, biology, chemical engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience in change management is an advantage
  • Experience in using common IT and quality tools
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong quality awareness
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness
