As a Quality Specialist, you will ensure all processes in the Analytical Services Lab comply with group standards and those to maintain ISO 17025 accreditation. Ensure all processes comply to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Minimize the quality risk in the Analytical Services Lab.

This position supports our Romer Labs division, a global leader in innovative diagnostic solutions for food and feed safety. With a focus on mycotoxins, food allergens, GMOs, and microbial contaminants. Making the World's Food Safer® www.romerlabs.com

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Implement Integrated Management System (IMS) programs for quality, environmental, safety, and ethical management, focusing on continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Romer Group standards for global compliance with international quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and communicate business process improvements to demonstrate enhancements during audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement training concepts to ensure site-wide compliance with implemented standards and legal requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist in external audits and inspections, guiding the process and supporting colleagues.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in science related field
  • Laboratory experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 standard 
  • Knowledge of quality-related regulations
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $48,700-$65,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
