As our Quality Excellence, Project Management Officer Manager, you will manage the Quality Project Portfolio, identifying key strategies & initiatives that impact or are driven by Quality, impact business growth and customers satisfaction. You will also manage Quality Improvement programs and / or projects within Taste, Texture & Health scope, with as an objective to improve efficiencies and bring strategy into execution. This role will also support the Vice President of Quality & Quality Leadership Team on day-to-day activities.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Portfolio Management – Overseeing the project portfolio within Quality, including being a critical partner to all project managers & owners to identify possible connections, dependencies & promote delivering on results across projects
  • Strategic Management – Support the Quality Leadership Team in bringing the strategy into execution and being a key player in understanding & identifying the key strategies & initiatives that impact Quality.
  • Risk Management – identifying potential risks to the project’s success and implementing strategies to mitigate or address them pro-actively
  • Stakeholder Management – facilitating communication between project team members, clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure clarity and alignment of project goals
  • Quality Assurance – ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards and client requirements through monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms
  • Quality Leadership Team (QLT) team member reporting directly to the VP Quality TTH, the PMO is an active member of the QLT and support the VP quality in the organization  of QLT meetings, workshops, Minutes of meetings, Teams groups, Strategic initiatives,, ….

You bring

 

  • Masters / bachelor’s degree in business, change management, strategic management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with preference in food/pharma/feed business, flavor or ingredients industry
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project / program management with passion forcontinuous improvement
  • People skills, good communication skills, change management skills, and organizational skills.
  • Project & Program management skills, and affinity with Quality Management
  • Strategic thinker, Decisive and pragmatic with proven problem-solving capabilities
