DSM-Firmenich are recruiting a Senior Specialist to join their Quality Team based at their manufacturing site in Tulln, Austria.
Test and evaluate quality of intermediate and finished products according to established standard test methods to confirm compliance with company’s quality requirements and local regulations.
Your key responsibilities:
• Conduct routine laboratory analyses (ELISA, LFD, LC/MS) on raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Quality Management System and SHE requirements to maintain product quality and safety.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary documentation and records for tests and inspections.
• Calibrate, maintain, and monitor laboratory instruments to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold and continuously improve food safety and quality standards.

• We offer a gross annual salary of € 48.000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
You bring:
• Scientific, chemical, or technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, BSc, or equivalent) with initial professional experience in a laboratory or technical production environment.
• Previous experience with LC/MS analysis is an advantage; proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Precise, and solution-oriented working style with high commitment and proactive approach.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking and a keen interest in food and feed safety.
• Responsible, honest, open-minded, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
