Quality Assurance Manager
Join our rapidly developing and growing team! As the Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards, as well as their implementation and compliance. To provide this, you will be responsible for structured interactions with all relevant managers and supervisors in accordance with the requirements of local law and basis on the dsm-firmenich Policy. This full-time on-site position is available as soon as possible or to be filled out after discussion.
Please note that it is maternity leave cover (around 2 years).
Your key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining feed safety systems, Quality Management System (SOP, internal audits, supplier audits, handling deviation).
- Ensuring the implementation, maintenance and compliance of quality standards, such as ISO9001, FAMIQS, GMP+ and dsm-firmenich internal requirements, according to HACCP.
- Lead the laboratory and Lab team, providing quality training for new employees and organizing periodic quality training for the plant team.
- Managing the supplier qualification management system, MOC, deviations and complaints.
- Providing technical support to customers and managing customers’ complaints.
- Representing the company to the Veterinary Authority and during audits on quality system, perform supplier audits.

You bring
- (Post) Bachelor or master’s degree in Feed Science: chemical/biotechnology or with a similar profile.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality field in feed industry.
- Language skills: English at at least communicative level (B2).
- Good work organization, teamwork, communication, accuracy, task management, team management, reporting, creativity.
- Ability to effectively communicate with different people and resolve conflicts if necessary
- Ability to assess and priorities quality and business needs.
