QC Analyst

Job title – QC Analyst

Location – Binh Duong, Vietnam

 

Test and evaluate quality of in-coming raw materials, in-process quality control of

intermediate and finished products according to established standard test methods to confirm compliance with company’s quality requirements and local regulations.

Perform testing other established methods as commercial/ sale support.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Complete timely routine analytical works (physical test, vitamins, minerals) in the QC laboratory for raw materials and finished products according to test methods, from raw materials to in-process quality control intermediate and finished products
  • Comply with established SOPs as written in accordance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, FAMI-QS) and SHE requirements to ensure the quality and feed safety from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Sign off and file in-place all required documentation, records and reports after completing all the required tests and inspections.
  • Calibrate and maintain instruments and test equipment according to operating manuals and established SOPs to ensure reliability and repeatability of analytical test results.
  • Work with external laboratories, local and overseas all required analytical works for QA/QC work & other purposes.
  • Develop test method for vitamin & mineral for raw materials, finished goods if required.
  • Perform enzyme activity testing as customer request.
  • Back up other QC analysts as and when necessary.

You bring

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (priority in Specialization in Analytical Chemistry), Food Science or relevant degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in industry related position or laboratory works.
  • General knowledge of chemistry & be able to handle HPLC & AAS system, LC-MS/MS is preferred.
  • Familiar with standard test methods for vitamins, minerals, enzymes etc.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
  • Individual who are goal driven, responsible, honest, open-mind, enthusiastic.
