QA/QC Specialist

QA/QC Specialist

Gebze (Kocaeli), Turkey

Onsite, Temporary for 16 months

 

Join our Quality team as a QC/QA Specialist, where you will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality across our value chain. In this role, you will combine hands‑on analytical laboratory work with Quality Assurance activities, supporting production, supply chain, and customers while ensuring compliance with international quality standards. This is a challenging and rewarding position offering exposure to advanced analytical techniques and quality systems in a global manufacturing environment.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Perform or implement complex analytical testing methods using advanced techniques (e.g. GC/MS, HPLC/MS, NMR, IR) and routine quality control analyses
  • Ensure accurate documentation, review of test results, and reporting against specifications
  • Support qualification, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment and analytical methods
  • Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities
  • Support Quality Assurance processes including audits, SOP preparation, training (GMP, SOPs), and product release activities
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving ISO, HACCP, GMP, GLP, and FAMI‑QS compliant quality systems
  • Follow up of yearly analysis plan, check of supplier documents as a part of raw material QC monitoring plan

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related engineering/science field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or laboratory environment
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and best laboratory practices (GLP)
  • Good understanding of quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, Feed/Food/Pharma)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex data
