The QA Lead Technician is responsible for premix and raw material releasing process.

The role involves collaboration locally with cross-functional teams without direct reports, contributing to quality documentation and customer complaint processes in a regional context I metrics.

Success in the role of a QA Lead Technician will be evident through timely and accurate premix releasing, effective organization and support to QA team and other stakeholders.

Success will be measured by KPI for factory.

 

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

Impact on strategy & contribution:

  • Release finished products and raw materials in LIMS and SAP systems
  • Issue CoAs for finished products
  • Reporting results from external laboratories
  • Cooperation with internal customers (Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, CS, MD) and external laboratory to ensure timely release of premixes for sale.
  • Communication with Quality Control to ensure that all results are reported correctly
  • Ensure high quality premixes
  • Resolving RSD issues
  • Signing relevant documents
  • Releasing finished goods and raw materials in SAP/LIMS

 

Innovation & complexity:

  • Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and follow quality processes accurately.
  • Communication with internal and external partners (Sales, Production, Laboratory, External laboratory, Supply chain team, Formulators, and Customers).
  • Internal communication with QA, production, QC, formulation, raw materials qualification, sales, and supply chain teams, to support effective quality management and resolution of issues.
  • External communication with 3rd party laboratories to collect data and results.
  • Taking responsibility for the quality of premix released, ensuring that all tasks and inspections are completed thoroughly and on time.
  • Identifying potential quality issues before they arise and taking preventive measures.
  • Collaboration by working effectively across departments to ensure quality objectives are met and fosters teamwork.
  • Balancing multiple responsibilities without compromising on the quality of work.
  • Continuous Improvement by striving for operational excellence and seeking opportunities to improve quality processes.
  • Success in the role of a QA Lead Technician will be evident through timely and accurate premix releasing, effective organization and support to QA team and other stakeholders.
  • Success will be measured by KPI for factory.

You bring:

 

  • Minimum 6 months’ related experience in quality assurance.
  • Relevant higher theoretical education (e.g. Food Technology, Chemistry).
  • English – intermediate level.
  • Experience with MS Office skills (MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail, effective communication, root cause analysis skill, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
