Istituto delle Vitamine S.p.A. is market leader in nutrition and produces and sells vitamins, eubiotics, enzymes, microelements and other nutritional ingredients addressed to the zootechnical, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
He ensures planning and coordination of production and warehouse activities at Segrate site. He ensures production orders confirmation, in compliance with quality, commercial and logistical needs. He manages the workforce of production departments, maintenance and warehouse according to priorities. He ensures that all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly in full compliance with SHE and Quality standards.

Your key responsibilities
- Supervision of premix powder and liquid production plants and Staff coordination of production and warehouse departments: managing department employees through Talent Suite Platform (appraisal and training on-line), organizing relevant training sessions for staff and supporting HR activities for registering attendance, absences, employee requests at the local level.
- Production planning according to logistics and CSA needs.
- Cooperation with the SHE manager ensuring that all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident free, approving work permits and covering the role of “preposto” according to Italian law
- Cooperation with Quality manager to ensure compliance reporting and discussing of Quality deviations.
- New products formula approval.
- Cooperation with the maintenance manager aligning and organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations

You bring
- High school diploma.
- 10+ years of proven experience in manufacturing industries, preferably chemical, feed, food or pharma.
- 3+ years in team coordination.
- A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
- A focus on impact, driving innovation and positive change through your creativity and expertise.
- A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
