Be a dynamic product manager shaping and implementing the future of dsm-firmenich digital products in our Intellectual Property and Regulatory compliance domains.
Facilitating key enabling functions to effectively and efficiently support our business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

Develop and manage the product roadmap for our IP and Regulatory Digital Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creation, R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define product requirements and specifications.
identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful product integration and support.
Provide support to internal teams and customers on product features and functionalities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.

You bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager (5y+) in the information systems domain, preferably within the Process industry, i.e., nutrition, health, fragrance, or Consultancy, etc.
Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Project management &/or scrum certification(s).
Fluency in English.
