Product Manager, Digital Quality Management

You’ll translate business vision into action, leading cross-functional teams from ideation through delivery, and owning the end-to-end accountability for successful product outcomes as well as their sustainable operations. - Strategic Roadmap Definition
Partner with Business Product Owners to co-create and continuously refine the backlog as well as the strategic roadmap for quality digital products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and digital transformation priorities.
- Value Delivery & Outcome Alignment
Analysing user requirements and translate them to functional and technical business impact. Ensure that digital products deliver measurable value and are tightly aligned with business strategic outcomes, using KPIs and success metrics to track impact.
- End-to-End Product Ownership
Own the full lifecycle of the product—from ideation and design to development, launch, and optimization—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Providing functional and technical support as well as strategy and guidance to Quality teams to ensure systems are operating effectively. Develop and maintain documentation for quality systems landscape.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to drive collaboration and execution of digital solutions and enhancements to improve quality management that encompass Supplier Quality Performance Management including CAPA/Non-Conformance, Customer Complaints and Audit Management (internal and external), Risk Management, Management of Change, Documents Management, Traceability etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the central point of contact for product-related communication, managing expectations and fostering transparency across all levels of the organization.

Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to keep the product relevant and competitive

- 10+ years of working experience in managing Digital Quality systems and tools digital landscape.
- Proven track record in successful implementation of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) e.g. Arena, Veeva, Trackwise Digital etc.
- Skills and experience in designing solutions for Quality Management and specifications (including SAP ECC and S/4Hana, ideally certified); configurations and data migrations.
- Strong knowledge of and experience in Quality Management systems and business processes (batch mgmt., inspections, auditing, suppliers’ qualifications, CAPA/Non-Conformance etc.) and their optimization.
- Good understanding of integrations with other systems and tools (e.g. LIMS, CDS, various SAP modules etc.) as well as dependencies on processes (e.g. Procurement, SHE and Compliance).
