Position: Product Lead – Digital Enablement (Power Platform)

At dsm‑firmenich, we believe that empowered teams innovate faster. As the Product Lead for Microsoft Power Platform, you will drive one of our most strategic digital transformation levers - enabling secure, compliant, responsible and scalable low‑code adoption across the organization.
Your mission is to ensure that our Power Platform ecosystem is governed with excellence, adopted responsibly, and leveraged to deliver high‑impact business value, from automation to GenAI‑powered copilots. This role blends product ownership, governance leadership, stakeholder enablement, and cross‑functional influence.
In this role, you will shape how dsm‑firmenich leverages low‑code and GenAI to scale innovation safely and strategically. Your leadership in governance, adoption, and platform strategy will directly influence business transformation, operational efficiency, and digital empowerment across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and vision—balancing scalability, innovation, responsibility and compliance.
- Define and continuously evolve the Power Platform Center of Excellence, Environment Strategy, and Connector Strategy.
- Champion enterprise-wide use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio to accelerate value creation.
Governance, Compliance & Platform Integrity
- Establish and enforce governance guardrails, DLP policies, and security standards to protect data and prevent environment sprawl.
- Own environment lifecycle management across personal, team, and enterprise zones.
- Lead and scale the Power Platform Center of Expertise (CoE), ensuring alignment with D&T Platform Teams and global security/compliance frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption Enablement
- Partner with business units, IT, and leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize needs, and drive platform adoption.
- Empower and enable citizen developers through guidance, best practices, and community‑driven learning.
- Promote responsible innovation while ensuring adherence to guardrails.
Integration, Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee integration of the Power Platform with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Graph APIs, etc.).
- Monitor platform health, usage analytics, licensing efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, operational excellence, and automation maturity

You Bring:
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Owner, or CoE Lead for Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power Platform Governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, and CoE frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio (including agent creation and orchestration).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure low‑code solutions.
- Experience integrating Power Platform workloads with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Graph, etc.).
- Knowledge of adaptive cards, generative AI orchestration, Azure DevOps, and GitHub ALM (considered nice‑to‑have).
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management.
