Procurement Professional for Northern France and Belgium (M/F)

Job Title: Procurement Professional for Northern France and Belgium (M/F)

As a vital link between Procurement and Manufacturing, this role reports to the Lead Europe Indirect Procurement and leads sourcing efforts for Opex and Capex for multiple sites in the north of France and Belgium. You’ll play a key role in shaping procurement strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your key responsibilities
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders at the TTH sites, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
•    Collaborate with Category Managers to develop and implement local and regional strategies for Indirect Manufacturing and Capex procurement.
•    Lead end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, tendering, contracting, and management for technical goods and services (Opex and Capex) and deliver savings.
•    Build and manage supplier relationships to meet operational and financial goals, fostering innovation and sustainable solutions.
•    Ensure compliance with procurement policies, monitor the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, and drive process efficiency and savings reporting.
•    Manage contracts proactively, including renewals and tenders, while facilitating structured and result-oriented stakeholder communication.

You bring
•    A bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Procurement or a Technical Business environment; project management experience is a plus.
•    Strong communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
•    A proven team player mindset—acting as a "spider in the web" to connect people, processes, and priorities seamlessly.
•    Strategic thinking, creativity, and a collaborative approach to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
•    Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a business-savvy, results-oriented attitude and the ability to manage complexity.
•    High resilience and emotional intelligence, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
