Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct technical support to assigned process areas and troubleshoot issue including Extraction, Spray Drying, Drum Drying and Utilites.
  • Lead investigations into deviations and customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis and delivering technical reports.
  • Manage change control processes in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support the integration and scale-up of new processes and project implementations.
  • Collaborate with project engineering on capital expansion and improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements focused on cost, quality, and efficiency.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a closely related scientific field (such as Chemical Engineering, Biological Systems, or Microbiology), or a minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role within food and beverage or chemical manufacturing.
  • Proficient in using Visio, Excel, Project, CAD, and other engineering-related software packages.
  • Strong communication, technical writing, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and project implementation
