We are looking for talents to join the recently created Pricing and Costing Office team to support the Pricing transformation of Perfumery in the region. Your role will be key to the achievement of Perfumery profitable growth objectives while bringing a new and robust framework and governance for Pricing and Costing.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Strategically lead the pricing and costing domains as a driver for growth and profitability for the Region, be part of the Price Approval (DoA) process
  • Define and prepare an annual pricing strategy and support it’s execution by the commercial teams through proactive partnerships with all pricing process stakeholders
  • Analyze and revise margin guidelines to reflect market dynamics and regional Business strategies
  • Lead implementation of Global Pricing initiatives/ transformation programs into the Region
  • Define and implement Pricing roadmap for the Region
  • Build and drive a value-based pricing culture

You bring

 

  • 5+ years of Price Management experience in a leading role in a B2B pricing function (F&F experience a benefit but not a must) with good analytical skills
  • 5+ year successful experience in B2B Sales and superior negotiation skills
  • Experience with creating and implementing a pricing strategy successfully
  • Team oriented change agent, influencer and excellent communicator
  • Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) is a plus
  • Master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
