We are looking for talents to join the recently created Pricing and Costing Office team to support the Pricing transformation of Perfumery in the region. Your role will be key to the achievement of Perfumery profitable growth objectives while bringing the right analytical insights and streamlined processes.

Your key responsibilities

 

 

  • Monitor the profitability of the business and fix the margin leakage
  • Run periodical price update campaign for the region
  • Enforce Pricing rules and policies through Pricing Process and DoA approvals.
  • Build and develop regional Pricing dashboards/insights to deliver value insights to the commercial organization
  • Support implementation of Price Management tool (LPM), be the champion for the region
  • Build proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders in the pricing process. (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling teams)

You bring

 

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in pricing or costing. (Analyst experience with purchasing, logistics, or production management will also be considered)
  • A strong aptitude for working with numbers and strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Pre Sales, Qlik Sense or other BI tools for dashboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with many people from different locations and cultures
  • Great attention to details
  • Agility, flexibility, ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in B2B is highly desirable
