Job title – Premix Plant and Planning Supervisor
Location – Alcalá de Henares, Spain
Join Our Team as a Premix Plant and Planning Supervisor! Take charge of production, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and top-quality output. You’ll lead and train a motivated team, coordinate with key departments, and keep everything running efficiently to meet production goals. Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by participating in the Production Management Team
- Coordinate activities between shifts to make smooth and productive transitions among the different production operators. Manage and supervise the shift operations in the plant
- Monitoring and Control the performance about resources (Operators & Equipment) and give accurate and opportune production information to the Plant Manager
- Contribute to the definition of the Manufacturing Plan, by giving information and advice and ensure that the agreed volumes of product(s) are produced
- Enforce compliance of the production organization with the established requirements for; SHE, GMP’s, ISO, work processes and other rules and regulations
- Ensure that the plant is in good condition for day-to-day operations

You bring
- Educational level: Degree in industrial chemistry engineering or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the animal health environment
- Customer focused mindset
- Excellent level of both Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent skills in Safety and Risks Prevention
- Experience with SAP or similar management systems is an advantage
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, Internet)
