Premix Operator

Location:       Heanor, UK

 

 

Join our team at the Premix Department, working on a 2 Shift System.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Inspect equipment in the field to ensure proper operation and compliance with specified parameters, and report any issues to the supervisor or fitter.
  • Follow the production schedule, performing frontline maintenance and assisting maintenance staff as required once trained.
  • Carry out packing and loading tasks to meet prescribed quantity and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual process checks, adjust equipment as directed, and resolve non-routine issues in collaboration with the supervisor or fitter.
  • Clean process equipment, prepare and charge raw materials, and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements.
  • Support general operations, including work in the dispensary, Label room, control room, and FLT duties, as well as preparing and isolating equipment for maintenance.

  • Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in a diverse setting.
