Premix Operator

Location: Heanor, UK

Join our team at the Premix Department, working on a 2 Shift System.

Your key responsibilities

Inspect equipment in the field to ensure proper operation and compliance with specified parameters, and report any issues to the supervisor or fitter.
Follow the production schedule, performing frontline maintenance and assisting maintenance staff as required once trained.
Carry out packing and loading tasks to meet prescribed quantity and quality standards.
Conduct visual process checks, adjust equipment as directed, and resolve non-routine issues in collaboration with the supervisor or fitter.
Clean process equipment, prepare and charge raw materials, and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements.
Support general operations, including work in the dispensary, Label room, control room, and FLT duties, as well as preparing and isolating equipment for maintenance.

You bring (focus on expertise and skills)

Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in a diverse setting.
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively across a varied workforce.
