We are #hiring  a Supply Chain Excellence Analyst for our Premix business

Location: Parsippany, NJ

DSM's Premixes are customized blends of desired functional ingredients – vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nucleotides, nutraceuticals, prebiotics, fibers, herbs and more – in one single, efficient, homogenous premix.

As a Supply Chain Excellence Analyst you will be responsible for reporting supply chain metrics, data analysis and mapping key supply chain processes. 

 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive improvements through project leadership and strong collaboration with all business functions
  • Create and improve Supply Chain dashboards, visual management boards and other Digital initiatives
  • Report all weekly and monthly  performance metrics
  • Support Forecast improvement through data analysis
  • Create & update Supply Chain process SOPs

What we like to see in your experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering or 10 years of solid Supply Chain and Analytics experience in lieu of degree
  • 3 or more years of logistics and/or demand & supply planning and/or procurement
  • 3 or more years of SAP experience, including use of dashboard and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated statistical and  analysis skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management concepts
  • Solid quantitative computer skills including MS Excel, Access, Power BI, Every Angle
  • Knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement principles
  • APICS certification a strong plus
